For some while I have been involved in one way or another with the new Business Coaching for Growth service, to be delivered throughout England by a private consortium in partnership with the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
This service is only open to start-ups or SMEs with high ambition and high growth potential, in both sales turnover and full time employees. There is a financial requirement by participating companies, though the service package based on agreed outcomes provides for an excellent ROI.
I have been so impressed with the service and consortium that I have decided to join PERA, who offered me a position as Account Manager. In this role I am responsible for engaging with eligible companies, assessing suitability, defining agreed outcomes and scope of supply, selecting the 'best fit' coach, then overseeing the delivery.
